Another Family Session

Florida weather has been throwing in some interesting surprise twists in the form of LOTS of rain over the last couple of weeks. For the most part we've been lucky and have been able to take advantage of the beautiful diffused cloud cover. :)

Family

Another one of my favorite spots for sessions is Rollins College -- there are so many interesting architectural features!

This family session is actually a personal favorite of mine because the mom and I went to college together. Its great to reconnect with old friends. :)

Holiday Mini Session #2

Another mini session family from last weekend. Even though the rain threatened, we actually had beautiful light!









As we were wrapping up, mom asked if we could do something fun. Of course we can! Ok, on three ... everyone JUMP!

Holiday Mini Session #1

Last Saturday, despite the heavy clouds, we had a great day of mini sessions. As I always tell clients: clouds are a photographer's friend, rain is not. Luckily the rain had stopped by the time we started. :)

I've now had the pleasure of photographing this client for the third time. The first time was during last year's mini sessions, so it was a thrill to see the kids one year later. This year they were both at a great year to be photographed and were very patient with me and so good during the entire session. Plus, I got to share my very favorite spot under a GIANT oak tree. :)







This little boy was so so adorable during the session. He was very passionate about the hugs and kisses he gave his sister!

Available Session Dates with Holiday Delivery

I have a few weekend and weekday session dates available before my cut off for holiday delivery. (Cut off date for sessions to ensure holiday delivery of product is Tuesday, November 27th.)

Available weekend session dates include:
Saturday, November 3rd (afternoon session)
Sunday, November 18th (morning session)
Sunday, November 18th (afternoon session)

I have three session times available for the next Holiday Mini Session on November 4th at Rollins College:
8am
11am
1pm

Weekday session dates and times are still available in November and you'll need to contact me for availability.

Sessions are also available in December, but I cannot guarantee holiday delivery with those session dates.

Photographs make great holiday gifts for grandparents, aunts and uncles. I also offer other products such as albums and calendars. Plus, holiday cards are always a very popular item during this time of year.

Last weekend, I met this great family at Leu Gardens for a fun family session.

What to Wear?

I often get a lot of questions about what to wear -- colors or type of clothes. I think my last two families did a fantastic job at coordinating their outfits. I love the blue/white combination of this family. And, I loved the earth tones that my previous family chose!

Family Photo Session

Another favorite spot of mine for a photography session is the campus of Rollins College. If you've never driven through the campus, its quite beautiful, with wonderful architecture. A few weekends ago, this family met me at Rollins for a session.

While I got several shots of everyone looking at the camera, my favorites are always the shots that show some interaction.


Did I mention I loved the shots that show interaction? How adorable is this of the two brothers??


And, of course, this makes me smile.

Speaking of cuties ... I have to say that this was one of the nicest, most polite young men I've ever photographed. Mom and Dad did a good job raising him!

Sisters

Another fantastic session at Leu Gardens! We thought we might have to cancel because of some rain, but the day turned out to be wonderful. We had beautiful light.
